To save me time and to avoid the hassle, I usually recommend an airport transfer and in Charlotte, it won’t be different. It is not the cheapest way to travel from Charlotte Airport to the city center, but it is definitely the most convenient.
You can book an affordable yet reliable airport transfer to Downtown Charlotte here. Alternatively, you can also book a luxury airport transfer from CLT. You will arrive at the airport and your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall with a sign with your name written on it. You won’t have to look for taxi drivers and, since you’ll book and pay for it online, there will be no money transaction.
You also speak to your hotel and they can usually your airport transfer at an additional fee. The more high-end your hotel, the more will your transfer cost.
On some occasions, the driver may contact you by phone introducing him/herself and confirming their name and where exactly they would be standing.
